How long does it take to complete an order?

Which Image File Formats You Accept?
We accept all image file formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, RAW, PSD, GIF etc. Please just let us know which formats you want to receive in delivery.
Can I request revisions after delivery?
Yes. Client satisfaction is our priority. If any changes are required, we are happy to provide revisions according to your instructions.
Can I get refund/moneyback guarantee if I’m not satisfied?
YES! You will get a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the delivered images. We always focus on clients/customer satisfaction, and It’s our main goal. Unfortunately, if we don’t satisfy you or you don’t continue with us. We never mind, and we still respect you, and we refund your money ASAP. But we strongly believe we must satisfy you, and you will never go from us.
How to upload files?
You can use our contact form to upload upto 50MB file. You can use these third party file transfer to send upto 5GB files as many times as possible

Can I set up a weekly or monthly payment?
Yes. We have many clients who send us ongoing work throughout the year. If this is your case you can set up a weekly or monthly payment system. Every time you send us an order, we will add it to your one invoice with all the details including date, batch number, quantity, type of service required and price. Before you pay every week/month you will be able to check if everything is ok and then make a payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure international payments through Payoneer, RedotPay , and bank transfer. Additional payment options may be available upon request.
What is your payment term?
We do not ask you to pay first. You’ve to pay while you receive the done images & are satisfied with the quality and for some one-time projects, the turnaround period is counted from the moment of payment.
